Itinerary

The tour begins with hotel pickup in Cusco between 09:00 and 09:05, followed by a short private transfer to the ranch. Upon arrival, participants receive a brief induction on horse management and safety, after which helmets are provided and well-groomed horses are assigned according to each rider’s experience. The horseback ride starts from the ranch to the Temple of the Moon, where riders dismount for a short guided visit of this ceremonial site used during Pre-Inca and Inca times. The route continues on horseback toward the Inkilltambo viewpoint, offering insight into its role as an Inca administrative and control center. The ride then ascends to a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the city of Cusco and the surrounding sacred mountains, before returning to the ranch. From there, participants are transferred to the archaeological site of Sacsayhuaman for a guided visit, exploring the Chinkanas, slides, and impressive stone walls. The experience concludes with the return transfer to the hotel around 12:45.
